HELP ME PURCHASE A PREFAB HOME
I need to move by August 1st as my current apartment lease will expire after three and a half years and it will not be renewed. I need help purchasing one or more of Alibaba’s prefabricates building units to live in. The Alibaba’s units are very affordable, and they seem to be easy to install by a professional as per the website’s information. The outright purchase of the prefab units would be a one-time expense. However, the units would have to be placed on a rented or purchased lot. I image that besides the units’ purchase cost, there would be other expenses involved such as delivery fees, professional installation fees, local license placement fees, and other required fees. Those other expenses can sometimes add thousands more to the total cost. Also, the amount that I am asking for includes considerations for other expenses such as the Gofundme bank card processing fees and taxes due on the donated amounts as well. I cannot verify what number of units would be purchased or what model would be best suited for me. It depends on the amount of financial support I receive for the campaign
